Membership at PGITI
Hello All There have been many requests from the community with regard to membership of PGITI. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify who can be a member of the PGITI organization. As many of you know, PGITI operates with funding from P&G and it is required that PGITI follow the guidelines set out in the Code of Regulations that has been filed with the state of Ohio. The definition of a Member under Section 4 in the Code of Regulations is as follows: 4. Members 4.1 The members of the Corporation shall be open to interested Procter & Gamble employees, families, partners or individuals: 4.2 Termination of Membership. Membership in the Corporation shall terminate upon a member no longer satisfying the requirements of Section 4.1 hereof or for any other cause as determined by the Board of Directors. All the rights and privileges of a member in the Corporation and its property shall cease on termination of membership. With the above information in place, it has been decided that all others will be guests and will be required to pay the guest fee (the actual cost) to attend an event when PGITI funds are used to support a program/coffee/workshop. Guests will include the two listings below: GUESTS 2. Others: People with no affiliation to P&G are guests. Thank you for your understanding. Please remember that we WELCOME all guests to attend our events. Diane & Jennifer
