Let’s come together one last time and gather the whole family to prepare and enjoy a summer menu on June 12^th, 2021.

Learn how to prepare an Elote Salad (Mexican Street Corn), Green Chile Chicken Tacos (Vegetarian Option: Green Chile Mushrooms and Zucchini Tacos) and Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon Sugar Butter. Don’t worry about shopping for your menu or even measuring the ingredients. Everything will be delivered to your home one day before the workshop and you will just need to log in to the virtual kitchen and cook along with a professional chef and other PGITI members! At the end you will be able to enjoy this wonderful meal with your family. The ingredients kit comfortably serves 5.

Here is how we will prepare and run the cook-along online workshop:

 - Required ingredients will be delivered to your home on the day before the workshop (Friday, June 11th). Please, ensure that your profile in pgiti.com has your correct current address.
 - Please, see the ingredient list to check for potential allergens prior to registering.
 - Please, see the list of kitchen equipment that will be needed during the virtual class.
 - Before the event, you will receive a booklet of recipes and a reminder with the link that should be used to join the event.
 - You will log in to the Zoom conference and cook along with a professional chef! You are encouraged to ask questions throughout the class.
